If you are not satisfied with CBAMCalc within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
This applies to both monthly and annual plans within the 14-day window from the date of first payment. The refund covers the full amount paid for the initial subscription period.
Send an email to billing@cbamcalc.company with the subject line: "Refund Request — [your account email]"
Include your account email address and the reason (optional — no explanation required within 14 days).
Response time: 2 business days. Processing time: 5–10 business days via Paddle.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation from Paddle once the refund has been processed.
The following are not eligible for a refund:
• Requests made after the 14-day window from the date of first payment • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations • Annual plan renewals (only the initial 14-day window applies) • Partial periods — refunds are for the full period paid, not pro-rated by usage
For annual subscriptions past the 14-day window, we offer pro-rata credit toward a future subscription period.
If your circumstances change — such as company restructuring, a change in export status, or CBAM no longer applying to your sector — contact us at billing@cbamcalc.company and we will review your situation individually.
We want to be fair. If you are not getting value from the platform, we would rather work with you to fix that or find a fair resolution.
